Hahaha I don't want to say that it's very high as you still need to strive during your internship, so I better leave some spaces for that.
Btw just would love to remind you, for the fast-track and final destination for your MT, you should be assigned back to the same department that you are working during your Summer Seed. You may wish to consider this as well.

For CMB last year 7/8 interns got the fast track and i think 6-7/7 got the offer eventually. Not sure about the exact stats of other departments but from what I know the rate is not 'low'.
I haven't heard of any special placement arrangement for seed-converted MTs. However, there will be chances for you to rorate to different teams and you will have some say in your career.
I think overall it is a solid program and also gives you the experience and brand to re-recruit for other banks/consulting roles in your final year👀
