Panel通常會係唔同部門嘅主管做interview，但內容唔會係大家諗到咁totally serious同technical，佢哋最主要就真係喺screening完見到大家咁漂亮嘅profiles後再confirm下你哋嘅on-paper quality vs real life calibre係咪真確，睇你對自己將來、past experiences、banking in Hong Kong、driving banking industry transformation (fintech / regtech)等嘅睇法同認識，most importantly your presentation and decency。所以可以話相對上應該唔難。

當然，大家真係要對成個banking industry有一定程度嘅了解，尤其係如果你有做過bank intern，佢哋會expect你識得多啲；其次要了解吓tech side嘅新搞作同落地操作，例如之前嘅FPS同Open API，HKMA嘅角色係咩等，多多做research 👍🏻
