BEA 就係bank-wide rotation, 睇Linkedin D MT 就一年～8-10 個rotation
Fidelity 嘅programme 就係新嘅, 2年4個rotarion, including oversea (not sure if they count mainland as oversea)
因為兩個programmes 嘅reference 都唔多 (Fidelity 仲要係新programme)，所以常問下就前景而言，邊個會好D

逢親比較bank嘅graduate+programme，第一當然係建議睇下邊個offer到你更想做嘅discipline先啦；其次先係brand+name或中港外資，呢個層面的話，個人覺得Fidelity會比較吸引嘅。
