當然唔駛啦，好多做緊，甚至係開social media公司嘅人都唔係讀marketing出身，重點係你有冇興趣同熱誠。

喺CV上面，最好有類似嘅經驗會容易幫你過到screening。例如好多同學讀書時會上莊搞活動，就可以輕輕講下當時你開過Facebook page或者利用Instagram，用幾多時間出過幾多個post，得到幾多個like令個event有幾多人參加；

而interview前，更加可以多啲留意最近一兩個星期喺網絡上發生嘅事，大至algorithm嘅改動，小至某個KOL有關公都可以喺面試時提及，顯得你更加「貼市」，畢竟social media最講求即食。

Marketing degree is not compulsory. However, marketing sense and mindset is critical. Social media is real-time. You need to react fast and quick. Being swift and responsive is essential.

Furthermore, it is very easy to gain experience in managing a social media account. Pick anything you are intereseted to, create an account and share! Interviewer will be impressed if you are a KOL!
