Hi+Emily!+恭喜晒入到ISS+Global+Management+Trainee+嘅second+in😉+希望唔會太遲，等我先分享一下佢哋second+in嘅format先。

上年嘅Second+interview係一個panel+interview，有3個interviewers，將會完全係一個causal+chat去了解你personalities多啲。曾經問過：

"which+role+do+you+think+you+belong+to,+dominant+leader,+influencer+or+follower?"
if+you+are+working+in+a+group+of+3+and+facing+a+difficult+challenges,+will+you+take+the+lead+and+how?

"If+you+need+to+manage+a+team+of+elderly+in+the+workplace,+what+/+how+would+you+do?"
