Congrats on both offers! I think your answer depends whether you care more about the company name or the job nature. 

From my understanding, prosiviti is also a company with some reputation (not the most well known but it does carry a decent reputation in other countries lol). It seems that you are more interested in consulting and your audit offer is from a second tier company anyway so I guess you would probably choose prosiviti consulting > second tier firm audit.

如果係second+tier+audit+offer同Protiviti嘅比較，似乎後者真係可以完勝，就算喺香港唔係最top果幾間，但都絕對係IT+/+Management+Consulting嘅新晉，成立短短十幾年已驚有咁嘅成績已經相當唔錯。基本上可以睇睇以下profiles，應該可以俾到啲信心你：
