Fresh grad一問

Now I have two offers on the hand. The first one is HKMA banking talent program, HKMA is offering me a bank conduct position which is half year program. The second one is Emperor group's settlement clerk. What do you think? Which one is add value on my cv or resume? Thank you

Banking talent in HKMA seems better... Emperor group does not have a good brand name, and seems the job is a lot of paperwork only...
No one can stop you leave the job early so keep looking for better openings if you do not find the current one satisfying 😉

Congrats on your 2 offers!! Totally agree with what the previous comments and FYI or I guess you know "settlement officer" is way different from the contract role in HKMA which should give you a far better exposure.
Considering it's just a 6-month contract, I guess you should keep on searching for a permanent role during your contract. I guess after 1-2 month of stable working and contributing to the team, you should somehow show your willingness to stay and explore any after-contract vacancies within team or HKMA.
