Hahah it's hard to say whether or not it is "real", as it frankly mention it is a "Restaruant Manager" Training programme so they do not "trick" you haha. But getting back to you question, it is definitely not in the sense of the "MTs" we expect for university graduates. They are really hiring restaurant managers-to-be.
