Hello Cher~睇嚟又有人收到interview啦啵😉👍🏻 我哋其實之前大概都答過呢個問題,唔介意就容許我將兩條問題嘅答案擺返係度:

Q: JRG Corporate MT伏嘛?

A : 睇之前都想mention一下,喺LinkedIn有見過n年前Opérations MT做咗兩年之後再入咗Corporate MT,估計咁樣可以反映Corporate MT真心唔係train做店長😂Alright,之前answer如下:

開宗明義先,人工真係未知住,even我哋之前有喺USTHack同JRG合作過,都唔太知佢哋最尾請咗幾多個Corporate MT...因為呢個Program其實只係上年嘅新產物。我哋之前work with嘅係Jardine Matheson rotate去JRG嘅Executive Trainee (JETS),完全係另一回事。

有人會話,車好多年前都見過JRG請MT啦,係假MT嚟嘅,嗱,咁就要講下歷史。冇錯,早及去到我哋腦細們Grad嘅年代(遠古時代 - 2014年),JRG係真係請Restaurant Management Trainee嘅,好似係用Pizza Hut做flagship。直到去到大概2017-18年,就出現咗rebranding,用Jardine Restaurant Group呢個名去請Operations Management Trainee,再去到2018-19先再用Corporate Management Trainee Program去請。如果係用2018年4月deadline果個version,under呢個program都仲係有分Operations MT同Corporate MT兩個streams,一個做舖,一個做office,而佢哋升遷嘅分別如下: 

(1) Continue to Operations MT Program 6 months after: Operations Manager Trainee (1 year) -> Assistant Restaurant Manager (9 months) -> Senior Assistant Restaurant Manager (9 months) ->Restaurant General Manager 

(2) Shift to Corporate MT Program 6 months after: Corporate Manager Trainee (2.5 years) -> Assistant Manager -> Manager -> Senior Manager 

值得一提嘅係,application requirements仲係以Higher Diploma起跳,估計係呢個時候JRG內部雖然想make changes,但始終係有需要請前線leaders,所以想用Corporate Program帶動Operations希望撈多啲higher quality嘅candidate,所以大家都仲係對呢個program未有太大信心。JD如下:https://www.cityu.edu.hk/clc/career_festival/2018/event/lib/jd/CF2018_5026_Pizza Hut Hong Kong Management Limited.pdf 

直至剛剛再做research,發現JRG喺LinkedIn再post呢兩個Programs,但終於係分開咁出,Operations→ Higher Diploma vs Corporate → University Graduate,再分返清楚Corporate MT嘅rotation plan為3年 (2 PLUS 1 YEARS ) 雖然依然要落半年舖,但之後都係會返office rotate去3個Business functions,仲會有半年嘅overseas assignment。加上根據之前JRG極高層同我哋閒聊中分享過,以KFC為例,原來佢哋有一半嘅orders都係嚟自online,所以見佢哋開始有新舖開幕走higher-end路線(cwb KFC),應該佢哋希望逐漸將retail stores變做more like experiential outlets,corporate就轉型走e-commerce model。雖然未知人工,但無論從佢program嘅質變,到佢成個集團嘅corporate change,如果唔介意面懵懵做半年舖,呢個program我哋直係會有啲期待👍🏻

Q: 點準備JRG Corporate MT interview?

講真就少見佢哋profile...唔sure上年係咪真係有請,就算有應該唔多。因為其實keep著會有一兩個JETS assigned落去做半年,所以其實都算有MT新血吧。自己想請,始終都係想有叻啲嘅new hire會留番喺JRG,有自己嘅子弟兵...JETS好多時未必係香港jure,之前就work with過一個台灣一個越南JETS,所以有番香港local尤其係做F&B始終貼地啲hands-on啲好會啲。

Interview process就如樓上大大所講咁,無乜得變架啦。至於interview點突出,其實我自己覺得除咗要show到自己有idea之餘要識落手execute外,可以自己先做定多啲功課,比較同其他competitors嘅marketing campaign battle、近期啲舖走high-end experience裝修同focus e-commerce等research,all in all佢哋都係想請一啲肯做F&B創新嘅大學生,誠意分相信睇得好重。
