- 建行 Corporate GT program （會assign一個division 冇rotation嘅）
人工差唔多 如果for CV building / exposure / 工作性質 / 前景同 exit path等各方面點揀好

Those are 2 totally different pathways and definitely you wish to identify your strengths and career interests first. After such you may want to explore the possible "floor" and "ceiling" of both pathways. I guess it's pretty straight forward for CCBA Corporate Banking side, you should develop a career towards corporate banking and you can expect to jump into another bank's corp bank division for career progression; while for the Fund Administration side, I cited some examples from LinkedIn for your reference:

I think in general, for both salary and prospects, the "floor" for CCBA Corp Banking GT should be higher which means it should be a safer choice; while for the DBS Fund Administration side the "ceiling" can be higher which means it's higher-risk-higher-return choice.
