啱啱收到Esquel(2nd batch)第一輪video/essay assignment 

想問下佢成個recruitment process係點?佢既page似乎無太多資訊


本身自己係PR major, in house 同agency都有internship/part time經驗,係essay上應該如何利用呢啲經驗去impress佢地?😂 


見佢標榜自己係non-traditional company in a traditional textile and garment industry, 其實佢涉獵嘅範圍到底有幾闊?

Hello Angela!! 首先見到佢無啦啦又搞一輪second round,感覺不太良好。But anyways,佢哋喺呢一行真係算幾大,起碼MT都搞咗一段時間有track-record,有test invitation都係一件好事👍🏻

睇返今年brochure上嘅original plan,理論上就係做完Online test,就會有類似hackathon形式嘅group assessment,跟手就要去佢哋大陸廠嘅tour,之後就有written有dicusssion嘅AC,同埋最尾嘅head interview。不過今年咁嘅情況,同埋睇番大陸果邊嘅做法,似乎都只可以係:Online Test (written / video) -> Online Team Challenge -> Panel (HR + Line) interview -> Final Interview🤔

Essay方面,你有awareness自己有咩exp應該share已經好好。不過睇番佢業務本質同前人MT,感覺上佢要嘅人都係basically presentable and with relatively good language,加上一啲會有實質落手落腳做嘢經驗嘅人,例如搞開活動、有project management經驗嘅人較佳。睇番written test,最緊要都係language啦,其次先內容同insights。

最尾有關Esquel有幾勁。其實睇番香港都有好幾間咁嘅scale嘅fashion and textile industry players都係全球前列位置,包括我哋partner TAL Apparel。佢哋相對其他傳統manufacturers都係比較創新,例如有自己Develop嘅manufacturing /布料上嘅technology,加上本身做開大品牌代工(OEM),基本上都train到自己嘅production嘅quality好高。呢三兩間公司都不惜請MBB嘅management consultant做heads/C-suite,又或者起碼老闆二代都係海歸精英,management philosophy一定有自己一套。Esquel最有啲啲唔同,就係有小試牛刀哋出自己嘅品牌同physical store,可能都係令佢哋唔同嘅地方。
