對於我哋黎講,一個叫得上MT Programme起碼要有rotation,有fast career path,有training有Mentorship;叫得上好嘅MT Programme,最好係programme都有番一定年份見到前人嘅career growth同埋公司都要係行業入面嘅leader。如果以Fashion and Textile industry黎講,Esquel / TAL Apparel / Crystal Group都已經係好嘅programme啦。無得硬要同Banking/Conglomerate果啲MT Programme去話佢哋無咁好⋯⋯根本行業嘅benchmark已經唔同啦。咁當然,行業本身嘅吸引力都係一個考量。所以你問得好,我哋一於睇下佢MT本身嘅Career path,同exit opportunities:

Internal career path黎講,由於佢programme都已經有好幾年嘅歷史,所以好彩都可以見到好多唔同嘅talent cases。早幾年嘅career path絕對可以參考呢個官網都見到嘅case:

以近年嘅case黎講,見到大多都係做咗大概2年至2年3個月後title會升到做Assistant Manager。用呢個expectation應該都ok。 

如果講到話exit opportunities,講真真係五花八門。我自已搵到嘅case,好多都係做咗1年多後就走,either係出番去market做番自已本身部門/有興趣嘅工種(eg HR/Banking and Finance RM/CMB / Marketing等),又或者係fashion ans textile firms最強嘅Merchandising,所以睇落去都唔存在「會唔會入咗一行而搞到自己出路好窄」嘅迷思⋯⋯我見到嘅exit opportunities包括:HSBC commercial banking Assistant Manager (after 1 year)、HSBC AML Assistant Manager (after 1.5 year)、Nielsen Senior Analyst (after 1 year) 、HKBN Marketing Officer (after 1 year) 、DFS Merchandising (after 2.5 years)、Hong Kong Productivity Council - Associate Consultant (after 3 years)、Under Armour Senior Merchandiser (after 3 years)等等⋯Get到個Feel無?

總結:如果留底,升遷not bad;如果走,係programme內請揀番個相關嘅部門吧,方便轉工果陣唔好被當做fresh grad 0經驗啦。
