Not sure what you are aiming for your grad job, if you wish to take an offer which can help you to get a gradjob, for sure HASE may earn you a much closer opporunity to its MT programme, while HKEX summer intern is not that helpful in getting you HKEX MT.

But if you wish to work on risk, other than RM, for sure I suggest you to choose an intern which serves some functions that you would love to engage in upon your graduation!
