手上有兩個offer，同一個起薪點，唔同industry，面試既時候兩間公司都好鍾意，所以想知道多啲唔同industry既嘢。
想問下bank ops前景，人工升幅，exit path，workload。上網睇好多人差評ops，可唔可以有高人解釋下🙏吾該曬咁多位大佬🙈

i assume is hsbc ops(?) for path is quite stable after program shd be am/m, and then see ur own造化，maybe can team head then head of ops then coo, and then salary, if hsbc shd be well known not that high salary and ops shd be 1-2 months bonus(this not sure)
