Hey恭喜拎到AC邀請😉 基本上已經係最後一步，加油🔥

睇番上年，HSBC上年AC都幾有structure，會先要你做一個digital interview嘅嘢，有啲似之前嘅JSA咁，但呢度得4大題，randomly selected by system from thr question bank，大致都係做下scheduling、planning，all answered in videon format，大概會有2-5分鐘時間答，加1-2分鐘follow-up Q。睇反應睇語文睇你答得有無條理啦。

第二部分就係individual interviews，會有兩次，先係30分鐘嘅behavourial / strength-based，再會做所謂嘅technical interview。前者都係standard questions，例如which one you prefer: working in a team or working alone?、how should company measures employees' performace?、why HSBC？、major competitors of HSBC、what did your degree bring / train you? etc

之後就係techinal interview，就真係會問你一堆有關你揀咗果個部門嘅問題，例如what does CMB offers、how do you keep engaging your clients、what do you think about blockchain (or some other new technologies) and how it affects your clients、the 3 biggest challenges faced by HSBC now etc。基本上都要做番多少功課，同埋盡量多用銀行過到去解答，例如多啲用risk factors、costs and benefits etc instead of pure personal opinion可能會成熟啲。

聽說由於interviewer一定要喺限時內問晒同要你答晒所有問題，所以盡量答得精妙到位就OK，唔好太多bullshits...
