Hello, 唔知你地知唔知HKTV GT(O2O) final interview 所prepare既field study要做D咩?

關於個field study,只係收到係香港其中一區既map, 而及通知對final interview有用,唔知點入手。

Hello Meow~恭喜先有面試嘅invitation! HKTVmall每年請嘅GT Role都唔同,所以抱歉無直接上年source;但no worries,我會做番我哋最鍾意嘅分析,希望幫到手!


首先,要搞番清楚先,HKTVmall嘅"O2O"其實係指"Offline-to-Online",同一般嘅理解會有啲唔同,下圖就係source:

點解要用開舖去boost online business?首先香港物流成本太高,有一啲接近門市會絕對慳到好多cost,又令到customer覺得多一個拎貨option會方便啲,this one everyone should know。其次,其實HKTVmall門市係唔收cash嘅(呢個大家要再fact check),佢哋係用緊門市去educate啲customer慣用online payment (aka an essential part of online shopping / e-commerce)...呢兩個points就已經imply咗門市location嘅重要性:

  1. 要近番current customers,要方便佢哋
  2. (wild guess)要耐唔耐開/搬新舖,令到新potential customers見到門市有好貨想買但要用non-cash payment gateways(就好似近排7折買$500現金券引咗好多new customers去排隊先發覺淨係可以用果3種payment method...),達至吸新客同教育作用


所以,俾張map你,小弟覺得極有可能關門市新/舊locations事,除咗依家嘅門市location,記得要睇埋有無之前舊舖,同埋map範圍內大概嘅socio-economical / demographics,可能有用。
