Hi+Lexi!+Good+question!+好快咁分享當中嘅分別就係，一間bank+(or+investment+bank...)嘅職能除咗可以由Front-middle-back+office咁睇，其實仲可以了解下唔同嘅"Teams"，當中包括"Product"、"Sector/Industry"+等；Transaction+Banking就近啲係Product，姐係有咩服務賣到出街俾客、而Financial+Institution+Group+(FIG)就係"Sector"果一邊，姐係serve咩行業嘅客，基本上佢哋會work+together去serve客："Product"就熟啲Product上嘅offerings同操作，"Sector"就熟啲佢serve開果行/客果邊。

FIG有分NBFI同BFI，姐係Non-Bank嘅Financial+Institutions同Bank，甚至Public+Sector+(Goverment-linked+Institutions)。如果想睇FIG做乜，我懶，請睇下面呢個reference：
