background：accounting student，翻過part time audit, 下年希望搵份banking intern（對am有興趣），想問以下邊個offer會好啲，定其實都無咩幫助🙏🏻🙏🏻
1 financial reporting council
2 FTI Consulting - regional finance （做general accounting）
3 Aegon - internal audit
我明白呢啲offer都係偏向accounting，唔知會唔會有邊份可以幫到我move on 去banking side🙏🏻 thx！

如果3個性質差唔多，我可能會揀FTI consulting，brand name好似好啲

Hey Jim! 恭喜晒有三個offersssss!!!
認同樓上睇法，FTI Consulting喺campus recruitment都做得幾唔錯，見佢都幾active咁build early careers嘅talent pipeline，我overall會覺得如果係睇firm name或potential pathway to grad programme都係佢會完勝。
小分析：
如果想入banking / Big4，揀FTI Consulting同Financial Reporting Council，當中以有Commercial exp會比較多啲啲優勢，所以FTI > Financial Reporting Council；
如果想入regulatory bodies，揀Financial Reporting Council。FTI都有用，但前者似乎好啲。
如果想做in-house finance / accounting / 保險公司graduate programmes (Eg Manulife / FWD)，Aegon可能會有少少優勢，所以唔係話完全無情況需要考慮Aegon。
