Hi 想請教吓邊個offer會對黎緊搵Bank MT/對CV in general比較大value add ? THX 🙇🏻♂️
1. HKMA (6 months BTP) Econ Research
2. HSBC (18 months GBA) Global Banking
3. Deloitte (Perm) Assurance

Hello, 個人會揀Deloitte，首先GBA因為有機會要station GBA，對interview嚟講都唔方便，而Banking Talent又有機會到下年年頭就完programme，相變又有一截gap time；而且再搵MT，都係一個小小嘅gambling，即使做咗Deloitte，fail咗轉MT，都依然有一條promising嘅career path，同時亦唔難搵到由big 4轉bank MT嘅reference俾自己做參考。

I think you can ask Deloitte HR which team you will be and then research or ask fd if that team is chur or not. Tbh, I am under audit as well but I don't think it poses lots of burden on interview. And, I think you will learn a lot on soft skills when doing audit which helps you blow water to the interviewer
