保險公司 investment analyst career path

想問下做保險公司既investment analyst 前景點？ 例如人工， headcount, 有冇話邊間firm 會比較好， 之後有冇機會轉去banks 度做🙏🏻🙏🏻

Hi+Ken!!+呢個唔易答，始終入行唔多位，入到去又未必offer+analyst位俾你；而輕輕睇過有啲較「好」公司Investment+Analyst+offer位嘅可能Actuarial+/+IFAA出身有優勢。如果話好啲嘅firm，當然國際大firm最好，例如Manulife+/+AIA類公司，起薪估計二十頭或以上。
Career+path同有無機會入到bank當然好睇際遇，見過有呢個profile好encouraging好想share：
