"If you were required to spend the next year of your life in the future, which year will you travel to and why?"
我想問Ed題目係咪真係可以任吹唔嬲？定其實我都係要講關於L'Oréal 內容？有無tips可以幫我stand out?
2. 想問完左這個program 係咪真係有得fast track 去申請 management trainee program?
3. 想問個program係咪virtual 形式進行？定還是我要去人地寫字樓去attend events?

Hello, 多謝你分享！L’Oréal嘅全新program所以Q2同Q3都好難答實你，Q2嚟講，我覺得既然L’Oréal咁有心透過呢類early engagement program去建立佢哋嘅talent pipeline，或多或少對MT都會有啲關係同幫助嘅，只不過今年唔知下年事，至少interview方式都可能會變，所以都好難講實話係咪fast track定點；而Q3嚟講，假如我係L’Oréal同事，緊係會希望online / offline都做，有見面嘅機會始終感覺好唔同，但都好睇實際情況。
再睇返Q1: ”If you were required to spend the next year of your life in the future, which year will you travel to and why?”，我個人覺得又唔係必須要relate to FMCG / L’Oréal咁hardsell嘅，反而真係反映到一啲你個人興趣或好奇心嘅嘢都okay，譬如某某celebrity可以講過2030要achieve某某景願 (e.g.太空移民)，咁你可能想去試下生活一年諸如此類，比較天馬行空都okay，但要rational嘅。
