Hello Ian !! 恭喜入到panel interview，final step啦👍🏻👍🏻

睇番往年做法，有見過有啲department (eg Transaction Banking)會喺interview幾日前出條topic俾你做presentation，例如會問"the effects of digitalization to a commercial bank?"，去度就做presentation再加一啲follow-up questions based on your presentation。唔知今年你部門有無？

之後嘅interview都係問一啲standard嘅behavioural questions eg why BOC、your career plannjng、how to deal with conflicts / challenging and team experience等，不過值得注意嘅係會用到英文、 廣東話同普通話，而問題亦都唔會太technical。
