Hey Ice!! 佢咁樣in法就未必當graduate programme咁入，但做落又未必太大分別，因為佢哋都係好講內部晉升同有能者居之👍🏻
直接in Key Accounts Manager我識人有經驗。First in會見line or HR，都係好standard嘅interview questions，但佢哋好睇重"leadership potential"，呢個係main point。
強烈建議去番我哋「學習」果個部分睇番P&G嘅virtual academy，睇完應該差好遠😉
