Hi, I just got invited to their HR interview. Is there anything I need to know in particular for the interview? Also, does anyone know how many rounds of interviews there would be? Many thanks!!

Hiii,+恭喜收到interview!!+睇返往年通常都係分兩round，一round係HR+interview，另一round係manager+interview，主要都係傾計問答形式，主要都係想了解你個人多啲，個人建議準備定多啲例子support自己介紹自己，玩過咩活動、做經歷過啲咩、表現出你係一個點嘅人，當中學到啲咩：

Hey Frankie, congrats on your HR in invitation!
More or less the same as Colin mentioned, there will be 2 rounds left (including HR In), which is your currrnt round and Final Interview.
For HR interview, with reference from insider's experience, it will be an 1-on-1 interview with HR, lasting for round 45-60 mins. Questions will be about you (self-introduction), your motivation (why SHKP, why chose that department), and your understanding and knowledge about your chosen department (eg which mall you like the most? did you use the mall app before? etc). It will be conducted in both Eng and Cantonese. Some would be communicating in Eng more while some would have been using Cantonese more.
HR interview would screen out the most number of applicants and for candidates invited to final interview it would be with very high chance to be selected. So please put most of your efforts in the HR interview🔥
