入到panel已經kill咗好多人，每年情況on average都可以話1/3 - 1/5左右可以拎到offer...但每年會真係出offer嘅數量可以好唔同，例如前幾年有試過請3個，上年連埋其他associate就請咗好鬼多個...所以我要👷🏻‍♂️👷🏻‍♂️👷🏻‍♂️
