Hello Anya, 用多一年時間再去報過需要好大力量同勇氣，但大Corp嘅Graduate Programme其實要求好多基本因素：Academic Background + Intern Exp + Leadership Exp (or ECA)係只係幫你拎到第一步，首先要睇吓上年其實都係咪已經差咁啲嘢。大學生涯過去，有啲嘢冇做就冇做。呢一刻反而我覺得你最難過嘅會係第一關。但係亦都未必話冇辦法，例如你而家有冇返緊一份相關嘅full time？

入到去interview就除咗睇interview performance，更大程度睇你cultural fit同passion。前者要拎到呢個優勢可遇不可求；後者就係你今年應該要全力準備嘅嘢。
