1. calm down. We candidates are all nervous. It's only a matter of how good you can hide your anxiety

2. learn your speaking style. are you good at telling stories? Memorizing facts? Do you like structured speech? Improvization? pick a strategy you are comfortable with executing and practice

3. practice with your friends, with a recorder, or with the cutiepie in the mirror

4. personally I like telling stories. Cuz it's easier to recall the details, reflect my personality, and wouldn't bore down the interviewer 

我覺得心態都好重要, 當係平時同人傾計但冇咁casual, 同人傾計對答你都唔會特別準備d咩la, 但真係怕一時三刻反應唔到, 都可以諗定一d關於自己既例子, e.g.玩過某次比賽/搞過某個event突然到你某d特質, 然後就係relax

首先我覺得你方向都尚算正確，選擇嚟集思廣益instead of準備問題同答案就背咗佢😂👍🏻 講真，可以準備得幾多條🤷🏻‍♂️

Interview其實只係有人用一啲問題去令你講多啲你嘅嘢，亦坦白講無人會對你自己更熟識你自己；如果答要練口才或轉數，不如自己幫自己準備好一個personal story / your growth summary，呢條係一條你自己嘅「主線」，嘗試盡量咩問題(唔係問你tech knowledge果啲)都圍繞著呢條主線走，基本上無嘢會令你O咀嘅😉
