聽到有啲MNC, bank, 同埋 Big4 都會用啲game咁樣嘅tools/platform 去測試candidate性格
個game都唔會準, develop個AI system多數都喺外國公司或者用外國人dataset,個cultural context跟本唔啱香港/華人, 近期多咗好多講algo bias & discrimination....
咁樣有咩方法可以hack到個game? 做自己得黎, 喺唔係要放大性格特點先容易被system check到?

有個朋友跟過專做pymetrics嘅老西做野
佢話其實game assessment is not really important
呢啲games 嘅purpose is not for your to ace the tests
but rather 佢想睇下個candidate 嘅能力係咪正正常常
it's not like呢啲test完全reflect唔到reality
反應已經呃唔到電腦 (well you could contend the definition of 反應)
就算呢啲game assessment 俾你玩爆分
去到assessment centre 你prep得少俾人outperform都係meaningless
