GPA < 3.2 to PB

Going to apply PB intern with a <3.2 cGPA
Banks like HSBC listed that cGPA > 3.2 is minimum requirement
May I know is it impossible to apply so/ I will be automatically being screen out?
If yes, is there any bank accepting applicant with <3.2 cGPA??
