老實講，做hr嘅能力要求唔使好高，好多都對性格要求高啲，佢地都唔會預期hr role會請到最aggressive最smart最高GPA最presentable啦

interview要乖啲同聽話啲，望落要整整齊齊 lol

反而唔好吹太大話自己學嘅嘢同hr有關，可以用自己學習或者工作經驗突出自己：有執行力，肯學肯做，習慣對好多唔同嘅人咁

Possibly, you could present urself as a person equipped research skills, communication skills and problem solving skills by given examples of your previous study and research on Asian studies. 

An example could be an experience of you conducting an interview for your assignment, in order to demonstrate that u have the communication skill. 

This could show that you have the talent in screening and finding out potential candidates for approritate positions as a HR personnel. However, the reasoning may vary subject to the position you are looking for.
