For graduates, BNPP would be a better option. In terms of reputation and the scale (only talking about CIB, excluding Retail), there is no significant difference between the two. However, package wise BNPP is more attractive to graduates for three simple reasons:

- Higher Salary (Should be 30-35k this year for BO), with bonus

- It is a permanent role

- BNPP provides rotations
