收到LV MT Final In, 想知道有冇師兄可以分享下大概會係咩流程? Email入面話 "You will meet our Hong Kong Leadership team for challenge-filled morning, and you are required to prepare and present a Business Case Study during the panel interview", 所以知道apart from case study presentation, 仲有咩會做同可以prepare?🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

另外想問下case study佢俾左個topic係 "provide your business  proposal of one selected store to increase local business and local client numbers."
當然諗好既strategy係重要 但有咩特別technique for business presentation/insight 可以分享下去stand out? 怕以以往一套係Uni做present既做法會唔夠 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Hello Galaxy Manager lol 多謝你夠詳細嘅分享,其實真係幾appreciate佢哋都好好咁share晒你將會做咩tasks。不過講得你知,就有少少open book嘅feel,佢哋應該都對大家已經有一定嘅預期,所以你好啱,盡量要做多啲嘢。我有兩點分享:

  1. 除咗諗定做咩舖,真心要去visit多幾次佢哋幾間舖,又或者揀定一間要去睇佢隔離果啲名店睇下有咩可以參考嘅地方。如果你有少少諗法,喺唔影響店舖運作嘅情況下睇下可唔可以有少少相片影到,跟著準備定啲嘢,可能係幾頁slides,甚至可能已經放埋上啲罐頭網(eg wix.com / squarespace...),去到panel interview問可唔可以show,可能贏到誠意。但記得要問一問,otherwise衰蠱惑都唔好
  2. 諗定啲「套語」,姐係一啲通用嘅主題俾你嘅presentation,令interviewers易記啲。

Some suggestions
  • 面對harsh comments or challenges, 睇下你點 deal with pressure and disagreements 
  • Prepare numbers and charts, expect sufficient background research, 多咗放落appendix 
  • 用你自己熟悉嘅area俾ideas, emphasize your personal character, not the case context, 你唔會夠panel熟business, deliver surprising factors
