想問下adidas嘅apac trainee program係咪新開嘅program?網上唔見好多相關資料,想知會有幾多round interview/形式 同埋career path好唔好?thx

但根據以往嘅經驗可以expect會有以下嘅interviews: First Round: 幾有可能係Online嘅interview, 例如要你交一條video resume,或者video interview。Apt test嘅機會都有嘅 ,但似乎video機會略高。如果佢哋claim Second Round Interview先過AC,就似係會有HR interview/written test,感覺上會係好straight-forward,準備多少少你自己嘅CV有咩innovative/client-centric等嘅experience啦。最後反而係AC,咁就引證咗前round係HR interview嘅機會好大,因為佢哋無可能唔同你individually咁了解下你,除非AC有session係做final interview...AC內容不外乎兩種,一係就係case study discussion and presentation,一係team task。如果係Case study,adidas就一係marketing / branding campaign / retail store problem and solution brainstorming,一係就有new business line launch / supply chain case;如果係team task就五花八門,姐係認真玩Ocamp嘅game lol (大家鍾意我哋tip題所以我哋輕輕一講,不過其實咩題目都唔重要,都係無model answer,同埋技巧一樣,teamwork大過天)

Career Path方面,可以先講functions。如果JD無講,真心無乜hints,只可以從字面上捉心理同睇下有無咩其他資料。從上圖嘅段落講咗無哋知兩個你一定會去嘅地方:Shanghai rotation for 6 months + 落Retail store。點解係retail store?因為佢嘗試好subtle咁用”commercial channels”;越subtle,越明顯。落store就好正常,做得brand,唔落舖點之後升你搞retail management。感覺雖然好似唔良好,但你起碼有rotations,唔係請你番去做死一個位。(Emmm...感覺上好似嘅進化咗少少嘅Adidas retail management trainee programme...)

仲有無其他rotations?都應該有嘅,講到明嘅Brand Activation(可能幾好嘅經驗?似係Product Management + Branding / Marketing),同埋可以search下其他蛛絲馬跡去估下有咩business units (BU)有得去嘅,就係通堂請得intern嘅位好多時都會要Trainees嘅。咁上圖就俾到個幻想你睇下adidas嘅HK office請緊咩intern啦。

Retail management姐係做番三兩年舖先做supervisor/store man 如果可以做marketing/supply chain就有career path可言
