I’m+afraid+not.+As+the+name+implies,+“Retail+Banking+and+Wealth+Management”+is+a+function+working+on+direct+client+facing+duties+and+the+retail+sales+and+distribution+channels.+Though+there+will+be+some+back+office+rotations,+it+is+still+an+essential+experience+to+have+been+working+for+retail+bank+branches,+incubating+you+with+a+better+concept+on+the+retail+operation+which+is+very+important+to+let+you+experience+before+your+high-flying+career+in+such+function+via+this+Global+Graduate+Trainee+programme.
