想問下知唔知幾時先知我哋入唔入到panel in🙏🏼(website 寫Feb panel in 所以應該最遲二月中會收到？）
如果真係咁好彩入到，請問下個format係唔係差唔多one on 4-5 seniors, 主要drill你對填頭幾位嘅division嘅industry knowledge/passion, 定係其實都係好general 嘅behavioural questions only? Thank you for the sharing so can prep in advance 🌈

Hello! 上半部門關於幾時出invitation呢，今朝趁大家都開爐時幫手請教過MTR HR同事 (感謝感謝!!)，話by the end of Feb，shortlisted candidate就會收到panel / final interview嘅invitation，所以就真係要再等等喇。
至於interview format上，今年唔太清楚會唔會有大轉變，但根據過往in過嘅同學分享，係大概45min - 1hr嘅f2f interview，interviewer會有2-3位department嘅代表 (manager grade以上啦)，加1位HR同事，中英並用咁問一啲CV問題又有、對MTR / 個department嘅認識又有、一啲personal experience又有 (e.g. biggest failure之類)，好似你咁講都真係比較general，希望幫到手！
