Thanks for asking! Great but headache question...

To me, as we have been getting in touch with L'Oréal for quite some times, we really love their culture where talents can really be exposed to a really foreign style of ambiance. I would also think their talent pipeline will be more structured as L'Oréal's MT Program has been a popular program for quite some years, at least in Hong Kong. No matter whether candidates chose to stay or leave the company, we can see dozens of reference on LinkedIn that they can enjoy decent career development in FMCG / Brands / Digital marketing / e-commerce etc. Also, as there will be a moderate amount of intakes every year, you will be growing along with your batchmates within the company, that is something valuable in your early careers.

For EL, traditionally Presidential Associate targets more MBA graduates, but now with undergrad intakes these years. Only a handful of candidates will be hired and not many references can take to examine. I can only say I feel like they prefer candidates with excellent academic backgrounds or strong overseas exposure. Less information covering how the program runs, eg rotation? career progression? mentorship and fringes? Highly recommend you to join their career talks for all that.
