睇完以上嘅link，其實每個opening嘅重點都喺Job description and responsibilities嘅第一個point，Delivery team負責安排課堂俾employee、Learning Technology team負責搞個learning portal、Quality Process Improvement team負責QC、Innovation team負責update個portal、Finance & Operations team負責計budget。咁當然全部都係圍繞住L&D，所以我會覺得如果你目標係HR / training / people advisory類嘅話，其實以上internship都好幫到你直接接觸成個L&D，對CV幾有直接幫忙；不過如果你本身係aim返啲finance/ bank / audit / tax / non-people advisory嘅role，咁未必有直接幫助，但始終都係一個extra嘅internship experience，從來做得多都唔會有蝕底，at least 更幫到你了解big 4嘅運作先；所以如果手頭上冇其他winter internship offer，又或者winter本身都冇咩其他commitment，其實都可以一戰。
