Hi 聽講hsbc ubs嗰啲headcount 一早已經派晒比summer analyst，直接報grad program係咪會好難？定係都值得一試？我自己冇做過pb/asset man相關嘅intern，只係做過retail bank同real estate

如果冇限報幾多個programme，咁緊係點都報咗先，有interview再算；不過HSBC就講明"Please note that you can only make one application each recruitment cycle. Candidates should make an informed decision before applying by reviewing the different business areas and location sections on our website."，如果咁樣，我覺得值搏率未必好高，HSBC可能揀返Wealth and Personal Banking Generalist Graduate Programme 2022-2023 (Asia Pacific - Hong Kong)會更好：https://www.onmygrad.com/job/2605
