I am afraid that is not a MT prorgamme but just a functional trainee programme. It is "Asset Management" Trainee but not Asset "Management Trainee".

As you can tell they hire functional trainees role-by-role, please do not expect the recruitment journey will be like the previous MT's. You can expect that more like human interviews and at most with one written test.
