depend on ur goal and situation really. If u r not a fresh grad and already got 1-2 yr of exp in MNC/Tier 1 firm, I personally think it's not worth it. But if ur bg is not that level yet, it may serve as a springboard.
The environment is stressful though, take care of your health if you were to take the offer. Good luck
