睇番兩者感覺反而好易選擇,因為性質太大分別,純粹睇自己興趣都落到手。2k起薪嘅分別完全無乜大影響,唔需要放入考慮之列;當然係行業嘅取向係重點。一個做retail、一個做leasing,你咪衡量下有無啲咩你一定唔想咁可能已經幫你拎到答案:
  1. 對嘅客:就算洗唔洗落舖,前者要serve嘅係普通retail customers;後者睇你去嘅team,有機會係街市老闆、屋村商場舖(嗱兩者都有好多連鎖brand嘅btw),甚至係大corp
  2. Company positioning:CTF係行內頂級、Link REIT未必係最top,但佢business model係REIT,加上大大力買地買場,both local, mainland and overseas,我會對佢有期望
  3. Programme structure:有無rotation?Rotate完有無得somehow show preference on which dept / team to stay? 前者天花板可能係做Strategy / e-commerce,corp level嘢、後者天花板可能做grade A commercial / new project launch / overseas portfolio
