睇番兩者感覺反而好易選擇，因為性質太大分別，純粹睇自己興趣都落到手。2k起薪嘅分別完全無乜大影響，唔需要放入考慮之列；當然係行業嘅取向係重點。一個做retail、一個做leasing，你咪衡量下有無啲咩你一定唔想咁可能已經幫你拎到答案：
- 對嘅客：就算洗唔洗落舖，前者要serve嘅係普通retail customers；後者睇你去嘅team，有機會係街市老闆、屋村商場舖(嗱兩者都有好多連鎖brand嘅btw)，甚至係大corp
- Company positioning：CTF係行內頂級、Link REIT未必係最top，但佢business model係REIT，加上大大力買地買場，both local, mainland and overseas，我會對佢有期望
- Programme structure：有無rotation？Rotate完有無得somehow show preference on which dept / team to stay? 前者天花板可能係做Strategy / e-commerce，corp level嘢、後者天花板可能做grade A commercial / new project launch / overseas portfolio
