no double pay, no medical insurance
offer 2: small fintech company settlement (perm)
double pay, mpf, al, medical insurance
annual review on performance&salary
same salary (offer 2 has double pay so more money), equal interest in both fields
my thought: 2 more money, but small company not known to ppl, learn more do more; 1 big company but secondment contract, leave when find better job?

我會揀 1, 之後再報下年嘅graduate program。
點解揀1唔揀2嘅原因係始終係career嘅初期, 大公司嘅brand name對你CV比較有用啲, 同埋 BA 嘅經驗都比較value-added。
之後因為雖然係major bank, 但係6個月嘅contract真係比較短, value-added有限, onboard果日已經可以差唔多搵定下一份工🤒
但係如果得6個月full time experience又未至於可以有足夠嘅競爭力報experience hire嘅工, 通常都至少有一年經驗先會受認可。所以我會建議你拎住呢半年嘅contract experience同大公司brand name再報下年嘅graduate program (MT/GT/Others), 好多人都係咁, 通常只要少過兩年FT工作經驗就報得, 希望幫到你👍🏼
