收到兩個offer唔知點揀好 個人aim ibank front office
1. HSBC MT (Markets & Securities Services)
2. Goldman Sachs off-cycle internship (front office, 6 months)
個人感覺Goldman exposure同learning curve會大啲, 而且係有興趣develop既business area, 但係只係得6個月, 加上自己aim ibank fo, 驚reject咗會被blacklist, 最大既concern就係一份係grad job而另一份係internship, 所以唔知點揀好🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

毫無疑問我會揀 GS。兩間 tier 唔同，GS brand name 好好多，top of the top。雖然 HSBC MSS 都係投行業務，但係始終兩間行係香港/亞洲定位唔同。
再者，睇返過去 gs off cycle intern 之後嘅 track record都好好，一係就有 return 返返去，一係就去其他 ibank 做。
第三，GS 個 role 係你想 develop 嘅 area，最容易入行入大行嘅時候一定係 fresh grad position，之後真係好睇彩數。所以如果有呢個機會值得一搏，就算冇 return, GS brand name/experience 已經值回票價，會幫到你好多。HSBC 你下年再報過都得，但要入返 GS 嘅難度相信你清楚過我啦。加油💪🏼
