Waaa that's not an easy question, as I personally did not hear some past cases about that. But I guess for semi-govt bodies, they mostly will treat you as a normal employee in a way as far as you follow the procedures stated on your employment contract, they may not do "extra stuff" on your record I guess. Definitely it may not leave you a great impression esp when you are applying to the same dept for your Grad programme applications, but yea the same applies to all other organizations.

But yea if you are considering that, which means you should have sth more valuable to go for eg some summer programmes / another internship. I bet it should be worth to take a bet?
