hi, previously i signed an offer with a company. i hvnt onboarded yet, it's a grad program.
Who shd I contact to reject the offer? i have the senior's contact number and also hr. Which will be more appropriate to contact?
i personally want to call the senior and appologize as i feel super bad to reject the offer. But at the same time, I am afriad the senior is very busy, no time for me as a small potato haha.

you probably need to explain the reason why you reject the offer (in case they would put you in the blacklist)

Hi Jack, you can send an email to HR and the senior first stating the reason why you decided to reject the offer. In the end of the email, you can ask to schedule a quick call with the senior/hr
No need to be worried, such a case is very common and they will definitely understsand
