Thanks for asking! Definitely if you only got this offer, seems you have to take it anyway. But actually are so many other intern openings are still available and accepting applications, you should better strive in applying more first.

If you are with a CS background, there are quite some options for you. If you aim high, I would for sure grasp any opportunities to work for big names in-house, say any big banks and large financial institutions, and then conglomerates / large semi-government organizations, or Big 4 / Accenture / IBM technology consulting. I bet these kinds of opportunities are much better than developer roles.
