Hello! I will join the assessment center of the DBS Graduate Associate – Technology & Operations position next week. I heard from HR that it will take a half-day to do the assessment. I have never joined an assessment center before and I have no idea why we need a half-day to do that. I feel nervous about it and it will be very helpful if someone can tell me what activities will be included in the DBS T&O assessment center.
