Not necessarily giving priority to final year students la...they purely judge on candidates' profiles with a holistic view. As far as they can pass the screening and online test, every candidates would be treated fairly. 2 key strengths for candidates with 1-2 years of working exp are that, they have a better understanding about certain industries / businesses and they are more mature in a workplace, which may be able to show during group tasks / team projects.
