Hello, 恭喜你收到下round先！Nan Fung Group in睇返上年同上上年其實都唔同咗，上上年係一個睇落都算standard嘅case study，個半鐘俾一組準備一個八分鐘嘅presentation，然後Q&A。但上年見到有人分享話搞搞新意思，用lego同地圖嚟plan運輸鏈，再present返個成果。個人認為既然上年搞得新意思，唔會用一年就放棄咁浪費嘅..

Hello, 啱啱收到HR嘅回覆，雖然冇透露exact嘅問題，但分享咗兩個重點，首先喺format上，其實唔複雜，都係叫candidate逐一自我介紹，然後進行一個group exercise，兩個部分；其次係HR好強調呢round嘅interview，最重視candidate以下嘅特質：

- Problem Solving Skill

- Leadership

- Coordination Skill

- Interpersonal Skills

- Presentation Techniques

全部都係一啲團隊精神希望candidate喺過程中表現到出嚟，可見儘管冇咩knowledge或research上嘅嘢要準備，但到時真係要打醒精神。
