Hey hello!! I guess the easiest way to get into the real estate industry should be taking a master degree in a better university. Below degrees you may wish to explore:

• Master of Science in Real Estate | HKU
• MSc in Real Estate - CUHK
• Master of Science in International Real Estate - PolyU

If you still wish to directly explore job opportunities, see if you are within MT programme applicaiton range (referring to working exp requirement....), if yes you can still apply for those graduate prorgrammes offered by property conglomerates. Otherwise, you may wish to apply positions offered by real estate advisory firms eg JLL, CBRE, Savills, etc!
